Credit and Referral Program

These terms govern the customer credit and the referral program of LinkResellers, operated by Sitexx SAS. They complement the Terms and Conditions, which apply to anything not covered here.

1. What the credit is

Credit is a discount applied only in the LinkResellers cart. It is not money: it cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another account or earn interest. Each credit has an amount and an expiry date, shown next to the bell in your dashboard.

2. How you get it

• Welcome: when you sign up you get €20 for your first purchase, valid for 30 days. Once per person, and only if you have not purchased yet.
• Per purchase: every order of €100 or more, once fully paid, gives you €20 for the next one, valid for 30 days from payment. The new credit replaces any welcome or purchase credit you had; they do not add up.
• Per referral: see section 5.

3. Where it applies and how much comes off

• Only on sites marked with 🎁 in the catalog ("With my credit" section). All of them have DR 40 or more. The list changes daily with prices: a site may join or leave it without notice.
• Each order takes off up to your credit amount, depending on the 🎁 sites it includes. If an order cannot take your whole credit, it takes what it can and the rest stays available until it expires.
• The discount applies only to the site price, not to content writing or other services in the order.

4. One discount per order

Each order takes a single discount: credit, a coupon or a promotion. The one that saves you most is applied automatically; if they are equal, the credit. An unused coupon is not spent and remains available. Percentage discounts already shown in a site's price do not count as a separate discount.

5. Referrals

• Every customer has a personal link in their dashboard. Anyone who signs up through it within 60 days of their first visit becomes your referral and receives the welcome credit.
• When your referral fully pays their first order of €100 or more, you get €20 of credit, valid for 90 days. Referral credits do add up.
• Up to 10 referral rewards in 30 days.
• Self-referrals and referrals between accounts of the same company, the same payer or created from the same connection do not count. We may review any reward and withhold it if there are signs of abuse.

6. Cancellations and refunds

• If you cancel an order in which you used credit, the credit returns to your account if it has not expired.
• If an order that earned you credit is cancelled or refunded, that credit is withdrawn if you have not used it.

7. Expiry and reminders

Credit expires on the date shown and does not renew by itself. We remind you by email and in your dashboard about 7 days before, always on a business day.

8. Changes and end of the program

We may change these terms or end the program at any time. Credit you already hold is honored until it expires, under the terms in force when you received it.
